Starting from April I took Ginseng at the same time I was using Prozac, the latter was to nuke sexual desires which made me quit gooning and porn addiction.
I was mostly sociable but too much of a low energy type of guy. I don't remember how long it took to get the effects, but man I was the most extroverted guy in various social circles, even the online ones, to the point aside from a few autists people adored my social skills, my humor and some guys were visibly hated me but had to play it cool to not seem bitter and jealous, despite I'm not a hot guy(most of them weren't either). I have avarage height, avarage face(I need to hardmaxx), skinnyfat, don't know how totake pics like instagram fuckboys. The only thing goes well for me is I'm articulate and I also know how to code switch in general. I was never socially retarded, just a low energy guy, not doing sports.
Maybe it's because I combined with prozac but I didn't notice any increase in my sex drive. I took prozac before without Ginseng and it makes you think significantly less, so maybe combining with Ginseng makes stop overthinking and gives you energy to do whatever you wanted to do. I also took tribulus and zinc during the process, but I doubt those two were responsible from the effect, tribulus sounds like a cope to begin with and most of the testostorone provided by zinc was probably getting aromatized. Idk how that shit works, but as an introvert I never shied away from socializing as a matter of fact I was craving it and enjoying the whole shit.
Right now I'm on a break and gonna try ashwagandha until the end of the winter, gonna restart using the Ginseng when the spring starts.
