Back in late 2019, I discovered mewing while searching for ways to become more attractive. I came across a video where a guy was explaining how to do it, and I followed his instructions. I was young at the time, around 9 years old.
I tried to stick with mewing, but I found it uncomfortable. I also had an underbite back then (where the lower teeth overlapped the upper teeth), which made proper tongue posture difficult. I relaxed my lower jaw and practiced holding the mewing position for about 30 minutes.
afterward, when I closed my mouth, I noticed that my upper teeth touched my lower teeth for the first time. But it felt like my upper teeth were starting to push my lower teeth forward. That made me stop because it could make my underbite worse.
But this also says that mewing works, and it works best when you're a kid. I wish i didn't have an underbite back then.

I doubt the validity of that
