No a lot of people use minoxidil for hair growth, you have to be careful with it probably and im not too sure about oral minoxidil, but i think its fine. Just search for a thread about it here

apparently it gives some result, though it seems minor. I'm likely to just get an eyebrow transplant when I have more disposable money, and just trim it until I die tbh. And if it's the design is too bushy, I can always pluck them out.

btw with the fatigue, I had really really bad eye bags. So I just realsied if I wanted my eyebrows to be a good dimorphic feature, eyebrow transplant is the way to go for me.
