My eyebrows are already positively tilted. My midface is pretty much like this:

Same downturned lips, eyebrows are low set and upturned like that but my eyebrows have a different shape and they're black.

Yeah I look really low trust. This was me when I was 4:

Now imagine that I in this picture have somewhat a larger and more square chin, black hair, somewhat thicker lips, bigger nose, lighter skin and the middle of my face slightly covered with blackheads and whiteheads. That is me right now. Oh, lets not forget that I'm also borderline boneless.

That's normal. It's called frontalis muscle which pulls the eyebrows up. I regularly get Botox injections to relax that muscle and achieve a lower eyebrow position.
