its good, but if youre in puberty i'd suggest that you stop taking saw palmetto. it blocks dht

im 16 in a few months, and I am also planning to run a igf1 lr3 and exemestane cycle so im gonna be producing more dht anyway.

Yeah zero side effects with zero outcome. Out of all the things you wrote here only castor will help, and it’s to an extent aswell.

Stop coping and take oral minox.
