My eyes are fucked cause of my eyebrows, mixo or rosemary oil? (with pics)

Title... I dont just want to make my eyebrows thicker but I want them to grow, context : When I was younger I had little to no eyebrows and they were blonde, I broke both of my brow ridges, it left 2 scars and the eyebrows grew up fucked, should I use minoxidil or rosemary oil to make them grow? Or something else? Thanks

minoxidil causes both new growth and furthers preexisting hair
rosemary/castor oil conditions the hair allowing it to be stronger thus the hair's fall out less

so from this you can pick to your liking however minoxidil is just goated imo

and what about topical minoxidil? it seems easier to get and it would aim for one area only instead of my whole body

with topical minoxidil you cant grow out your eyelashes
topical min is not that nice for your eyes

you can also just drink topical min
oral is just more effective, gives your better results etc

either one are fine but the "one area of the body" is kinda wrong i've had hair in different parts of my body grow even though i only apply to the hairline and eyebrows
