My eyes are such a hard cap on my PSL/Looks

I am half black(ethiopian), which isn’t even the macho black so I don’t even have high T. Regardless, my eye area is such a f***king hard cap for my psl. If I had hunter eyes, I would be a slayer since I already have a good lower third and high set cheekbones. I already get girls but I want stacys. Right now I am getting PSL 3/4 girls while I want PSL 5/6 girls. Can almond eye surgery increase my psl?
