Brooo, winter is so much better. I can go out in freezing weather and not care about getting cold. For winter, a puffa jacket, joggers, shirt and can’t wait to wear my represent hoodie

Yeah but it’s not from gaining bone mass in gym (that doesn’t happen) it would be from collagen decline and losing fatpads/facial leanness
