yes, they were quite prominent and there is no scarring at all right now, only slight hyperpigmentation that isn't prominent at all if I am pale but it can be visible if Im red from exercise or after bath
I have gone through several lumenis m22 sessions and it is indeed effective for scars, acne and pigmentation

I have quite a bit of atrophic scars from my teen years but all of my hyperpigmentation got resolved after I ditched gluten and pasteurized dairy. Can I run the shit for my atrophic scars?

I have said thats not a conventional laser treatment
It is lumenis m22 and usually the recovery from it is much faster
it works for atrophic scars unless they are very deep. It worked for mine. For example on my temples I had quite bad scars and now they are gone completely

In Russia its 5000 rubles (about 100 bucks) for a session and 1 session gives visibly good results already
I think 3-5 sessions are enough to significantly improve pigmentation and scarring appearance
