I know this might be a dumb ass question but how tf do I stop turning red when I get nervous. Whenever im up doing a presentation I turn red and my face feels hot af and then I get told by the normies that im red like im not aware that I look like a nervous ass cuck when I turn red. Like today, a foid kneeled next to me to search sum up on my computer and I got red af, she didn't say anything but she prob noticed. I have been struggling with this shit my whole life so this could be a genetic thing as im also a heavy sweater but I don't know cuz ts embarrasses me and always happens whenever im having asking for a foid for her number, I still get the number cuz Im pretty above average looking but ik they go to their friends saying sum shit like how nervous I was asking for her number. The thought of me turning red makes me even more nervous and I just want to rope on the spot when ts happens

Sé que esta puede ser una pregunta estúpida, pero ¿cómo diablos dejo de ponerme rojo cuando me pongo nervioso? Cada vez que hago una presentación me pongo rojo y siento la cara ardiendo, y luego la gente normal me dice que estoy rojo como si no me diera cuenta de que parezco un cobarde nervioso cuando me pongo rojo. Por ejemplo, hoy una chica se arrodilló a mi lado para buscar algo en mi computadora y me puse rojo como un tomate; no dijo nada, pero probablemente se dio cuenta. He estado lidiando con esta mierda toda mi vida, así que podría ser algo genético, ya que también sudo mucho, pero no lo sé porque me avergüenza y siempre pasa cuando le pido el número a una chica. Aun así consigo el número porque soy bastante guapo, pero sé que van con sus amigos diciendo alguna tontería como lo nervioso que estaba pidiéndole su número. La idea de ponerme rojo me pone aún más nervioso y solo quiero tirarme al suelo en el acto cuando sucede.:sienteporqué:

Same bro I sweat(get hot) way more easily than my friends and i get red way too often sometimes my ears too or only my ears.i also have this when talking to foids or I blush talking to them
