My face looks puffier than a pufferfish after drinking the previous day

I drunk 20 cups of wine and 0.5L of beer yesterday. Now my face is full of bloating lmao. Nose is thick asf and no more that visible cheekbones.
Its short term but I look like a kid with a ton of baby fat
