my facepuller is expanding my palate

I built my silicone mouth piece for facepulling a few days ago (much softer) and I have developed a tiny diastema in 3 days indicating palate expansion, no none of the appliances touches my teeth lol

I can finally start pulling consistently and for a long period of time, acrylic was way too hard to use for more than 2 hours, gets mogged by silicone insanely hard, going to be combining this with forward thumb pulling too

ya same as acrylic, and it’s caused by tongue posture, a week after I started mewing I developed a diastema and it closed on its own a few months later (albeit much bigger than this one)

Mine is small and just been getting a bit bigger.
I don't think it's my palate tho if anything I'm probably just pushing the teeth outwards.

I always thought acrylic looked awful to have in for extended time.
Hearing it's possible with silicone makes me wanna try to make one for myself

i don't think it's just silicone, you have to coat the acrylic with silicone to.make it softer
