I remember working once in a small shop and at the time I was fasting while working, felt a bit hungry but nothing unusual, i also lost so much water weight during my shift, even my belt couldn't save my pants from dropping off because it became so loose

I'm gonna work out later minimally with dumbbells to induce some kind of stimulus for me its easy to fast because I rot in bed all day
And sleep at 4 in the morning and wake up 17 the next day
