For the next month I’m cutting back down to 10-12% BF then doing a lean bulk on 500mg of test for 16 weeks and 50 mg anavar ED as a finisher in the last 6 weeks split into two doses, going to use HCG during the cycle and have aromasin on hand if I get high e2 sides. already got all my stuff in so it’s a matter of just trimming down a bit for a clean bulk.

If a roided physique + 6’1” frauded height + 6/10 face isn’t enough then nothing is. If I don’t ascend after this then it’s giga over but it’s my last Hail Mary, wish me luck boyos i can say after this I’ve done everything I could to ascend .

Negative I had giga pitch black hair but got highlights, gonna regrow it out with just black hair and reassess

It's going good I have gained a lot of water and glycogen from it tho and I have got bloated but my strength has insaneeellly increased and I am seeing super fast facial hair growth too

Technically not I did a cycle before covid but when gyms shutdown I hopped off jfl so it was utterly useless (like 4-5 weeks), that was like 3 years ago

I am curious about the bloat, I think it’s usually high e2 and diet. The DHTs like mast e really dry people out but the hair loss can be bad
