Grow some long eyelashes
get more hair in the temple region

Nothing to improve really

Main flaw is long midface but can’t be fixed, and also your ipd is good so it’s not the end of the world

nose looks a little botched but it’s whatever

overall you look good, a lot of girls are clueless and won’t notice the surgery. you’re above avg, look better than that other pic i saw

maybe cut a little hair off the top and grow the sides slightly more

Don't know if it's just me but even with that long midface he still looks alright. Maybe lens distortion is fucking it up quite a bit?

also i don’t think it’s over for him tbh

he needs to grow out the sides of his hair more, to improve fwhr appearance and also cut length off the top to give impression of slightly shorter skull

and also keep the beard, his midface hurts him a bit but he’ll be fine tbh if he’s tall

Looks above average, but nothing else can be done to ascend, he can be lucky to be able to look fine with his midface.
His jaw looks great also, may be it's fillers ?
If i was him, i would try fillers on upper eyelid, the inner part looks odd.
