My Final Looksmaxing Plan (Age 21) — Full Breakdown + wanting advice

I’m finally at the point where I can do everything I planned. No this is not larp, yes I can afford all of this, no Im not giving finacial advice in this thread but I do own a business just for context, and owned one for a long time now and have my own house and everything so this is where my new income is going to.


For context:
I’m 21 now. I’ve been in the looksmaxing space since I was 15, with proof.
I started off objectively subhuman and softmaxed my way up to around mid-tier / maybe low-mid tier. I already have an insane transformation because I was so ugly from the start, and while im not showing my face in this post I will be showing my face publicly in due time.


Now I’m moving into full surgical + endgame optimization.

What I’ve Already Done Surgerywise​

• Pectus Excavatum Surgery (completed)

Fully Paid & Booked (Next Phase)​

• Bimaxillary surgery (Trimax with downgraft)
• Custom jaw implants (flared gonions goal)
• Custom chin implant (integrated with genio osteotomy plate)
• Infraorbital implants
• Malar/cheek implants
• Rhinoplasty + alarplasty

This is all paid for, just waiting for it to happen with my surgeon giving me a time. In istanbul of course.

Remaining Face Optimization (Post-Core Surgery)​

Eyebrows​

• Switching from microblading → eyebrow transplant
• Reason: long-term > temporary
• Goal: symmetry, fullness, structure
• Plan: ideally done in Turkey alongside the main surgery, I need to ask my surgeon if this is worth doing around the same time, though. If I cant do it in turkey I will probably push it off for a while and just cope with my eyebrow pencil like I have been for the last 6 years

• Fat Removal​

  • Target: love handles
  • Reason:
    • Slight fat reduction in the love handles
  • Plan: lipo during Turkey trip if possible, I already have scars all over my body so idc about the extra small ones, I kinda look like melted icecream even when im lean so I just want them gone, then do make a nice "V line" for me and has sex appeal but the real isssue is my hip bones and since they are so prominent my "V line" look will still be there even after the lip and after getting very lean

Disclaimer ​

I already know someone is just gonna say im fat, or my physique sucks, but I have not lifted in a long long time because I dont see much of a point pre-surgery and Ive been waiting for the surgery longer than I thought thus I havent been lifting for longer than I thought. BUT this is an overexaggerated version showing what im talking about, I look exceptionally bad here AND I have lost a ton of muscle AND im not that lean. Just showing what im talking about in a pic

Penis​

• HA filler (mid-shaft focus)
• Goal:
  • Even out girth (base > mid currently)

Options:

• Try HA first
• If good → consider PMMA
• Otherwise → maintain HA every 1–1.5 years

If not done in Turkey:

• Likely with Dr. Rupeka
• Plan: Ive done PE for years, and my base girth is bigger than my midshaft, id get a small amount of HA filler to even it out, hopefully while im in turkey, and if I like it id consider switching to PMMA for long term, its not a big issue right now so if I dont get it in turkey I will probably wait 3-6 months before getting it in the USA

Remaining after surgery & healing​

Botox​

• Possibly botox in my upper eyelid because one is higher than the other, im doing some DIY botox soon on my eye to see if it helps but im worried about eyebrow asymmetry
• Possibly lip flip (depending on post-bimax results) to correct my gummy smile

Teeth​

• Possibly veneers, either that or gum contouring
• Budget: $10k–50k
• Plan: Right now I have a gummy smile, so I MAY get gum conturing or veneers post bimax, ig we will see. Part of my gummy smile does have some "cute boy appeal" so im not fully decided. just something I would do and have done research on. We will see after the botox too. maybe botox is all I need

Height (Major Phase 2)​

• Double limb lengthening
• Timeline: 1–2 years after face surgeries
• Current: 5’5
• Not impulsive planned since 15, yes I can afford it, yet im getting it.

Final tests and optimization post surgery​

Ive tested a lot but im going to be finalizing a good :

• Hair Style
  Hair color (including highlights)
• Skin tone (tan vs pale)
• Facial hair (will probably keep a full beard with stubble)

Now I’m not writing all of this out just to say what I’m going to do.
I actually want some input.
If anyone has recommendations for clinics in Turkey that specialize in:

• Penile HA filler
• Eyebrow transplants
• Lipo

Please let me know. I might end up doing lipo with my current surgeon, depending on what he says, but I’m still exploring options while I’m already going to be in Istanbul.

Also if anyone has experience with any of these procedures or thinks I should adjust the order, timing, or approach, I’m open to hearing it.

Oh shit, forgot to add that im roiding after surgery recovery.

Here's the general plan for my first cycle. its not fully planned out but heres it in general

Base:
Testosterone: 200–300 mg/week


Injection style:
Daily injections


Duration
12–16 weeks

Maybe some anavar

Added in dutaseride beforehand and ill play things by ear, if im having blood pressure issues add in a beta blocker, if im having estrogen issues add in an estrogen blocker, im sure you guys know the deal.
