My first concept of the new society I will build

This solution fixes everything.
we don't have to kill billions, we dont have to never interact with each other again, we can love one another but we cannot all live together at once.

The central hub will be free to all and everyone may visit / do business work.

But in our own countries we will not allow other races in so that me may preserve our cultures and genes.
