MY FIRST POST AFTER ASCENDING FROM GRAY STATUS (i got asked to prom)

ngl tho she told me straight to my face that i was the second option very casually when we were having a conversation about prom idk why it didnt affect me but i talked to my friends about it and they all said it was extremely disrespectful, which im inclined to agree with

however i have no other options, and shes also asking me because she has no other options

shes somewhat attractive and i wouldnt mind going with her if it wasnt for the aforementioned issues with her personality (i suspect some problem with social intiuition as its not normal to tell someone to their face that they are a backup option)

also idk if im reading too much into it but the way in which she said this implies that she thinks im gonna say yes no matter what and reaffirms that she thinks im not GL enough to get anyone else, which is also pretty brutal

This is what my friend said but tbh she’s known for having crazy crashouts if u get on her bad side so I just assumed she’s somewhat ND and that’s why she thought it was ok to say that (and also why I let it slide)

Now that u mention it again I probably shouldn’t let it slide and should find a way to reject her without pissing her off
