My First Time Trying Raw Meat

i tried raw salmon sashimi last week at an authentic japanese chef restaurant
at first i thought it'd taste horrible
i tried a strip raw
the meat was actually so tender, mouth melting
it had a little bit pungent metallic aftertaste imo, but that is normal for a first timer
later on, putting the soy, wasabi, ginger, etc added extra flavor and depth
its an acquired taste afterall

Raw things are not even bad lmao, but some niggas love to cope too much. If the animal is in healthy and good conditions you will find a huge source of protein and nutrients, and for example think of the liver, the liver is the guy who takes care of your metabolism, imagine if you ate one of those 3 times a week, it would be great. I love sushi tho.
