I have the golden ratio (1.6 if i remenber well) ,but i dont like my frame.

That’s the same circumfrance as me although i’m way less muscular. How small is ur waist tho? I got 1.85 in v taper (pic standing 2m away without flexing) and my waist is 70cm so your waist can’t be that small if your v taper is 1.6? Best tip i can give for aesthetics IMO is to skip obliques for a smaller waist tbh

I don't even remember my life when i was 16, all I know was that i was mega autism, didn't have many friends, and was bluepilled as fuck.
Now I'm decently attractive, have slain some cute foids, and have a continuously growing mindset. Don't give up youngcels, there's always hope before you're 18 or 19
