i wanted to show you guys a transformation of 2 years i believe, i went from having a twink frame to an approximately 21 inch bidelt from 13 to 15

pics before gymmaxxing and puberty hit

the 2nd pic is actually exactly from a year ago in 8 days

this is my frame now -

point of post is that framemaxxing matters a lot + it's not over for your frame till you try and see how the gym helps you
