Basically, I have this friend that I was on my high school's basketball team with since freshman year and its both of our senior year but I've grown distant from him because im off campus. One day while scrolling on reels, I see some shi about ignoring girls irl because u got rated a hmtn on .org or some bs and I saw he liked it. I dm'd saying no way you know about .org and then we had a whole convo about how we got into looksmaxxing. today he texted me saying he had a seizure and about how hes been in the hospital. We were trying to figure out if maybe he got the seizure from pinning too much which wouldnt make sense or how hes been trying to eat like 1000 calories a day which again doesnt make much sense. he also said he drank a bunch of energy drinks in 1 day which seems like the most likely cause.

Does anyone know which of those 3 is the most likely cause for the seizure?
