healthy and ideal diet
as long as she doesnt buy supermarket shit (grade A eggs and butter are fine) but organ meats shouldnt be bought there because of antibioitics and vaccines in the animals. From a farmer is ideal.

Heart tastes good raw. Liver tastes very metallic and i gagged when i first ate it but now its fine tbh. havent had tongue but i guess it tastes just like any other muscle meat.

it's the safety not taste. it's from a farmer and been freezed for a while so it should be good. still not convinced to eat it raw, at least not the river. heart sounds bad ass
