addy will probably be the best i tried konzerta, ritalin and also some research chemical stims like 3fpm, 4fmph and 2fma. I must say 2fma was the best for me but i havent tried adderal yet and i heard really good things so lucky youi am yet to go to the doctor to get diagnosed but oh well going to the doctor when having adhd is something that will never happen i cant make myself do anything simple like that sadly
