Try to avoid glucose spikes. Eat protein with the orange juice and gummy worms.

The orange juice is just to take my rad 140 but and gummy works are for pre workout it’s like an hour after I eat protein from my last meal

Still though, 3.5k is like 6'3+ gymcel calorie count, you're only 5'6.
Are you sure you're counting them right?

I am I use the label like when I buy a pound of ground beef I cook it and eat all of it in one sitting annd it say the cals on the label. Same with rice I use microwave rice and my weight has been the same. And nah for 6’3+ gymcel it’s more. My buddy Nolan is natty and he eats 4500 cals of goyslop and doesn’t gain bf or weight JFL

yeah the taller the more calories you require im also pretty lean , i eat tons of food where it scares my friends off
500g chicken liver cooked , with 300g uncooked rice and veggies i eat that in 10min
but i eat clean
if i eat junk i jus t feel not good

or a snack 7cooked eggs with 250g kidney beans it’s just a snack

i fear the day when i get above 85kg muscular then , i will have to buy myself cows

And how short are they? I’m in Michigan not much Latinos here besides me
