Comment: Not the best choice of surgeon - I paid twice the price I could have paid in Turkey and gotten better results. Getting a revision on January 19, 2026 so stay tuned.

So yeah, starting orthodontics is the best thing you can do and you did it. Even Clavicular doesn’t care about orthodontics, and that’s why he’s kind of clueless. Orthodontics is the heart of orthognathic surgery (bimax, Le Fort, etc.). If someone doesn’t get the right orthodontic treatment and still wants bimax or whatever, he’s just coping and probably setting himself up for getting botched by giant.

By the way, I can guess the Turkish rhinoplasty specialist you mean, the best rhino surgeon. Does his name start with M and the last name with I? If so, then yeah, he’s one of the best.

Also, I like your nose aesthetics. I really like the anime-type long but straight nose with a slight upturn (not the extreme Barbie-type upturned nose).

A lot of forum users cope with eye-area implants, but honestly, that’s one of the worst things someone can do. A temporal lift is the key very few people understand how powerful it is. @key, you know, bruv.

Start with 0.1 or 0.2 dutasteride that’s enough most of the time. You can increase it in the future.

Avoid filler and Botox.

The real looksmaxxing keys are orthodontics, BMI/body fat, and overall health indicators. Stick with those.

I'm thinking of MARPE if I end up doing just genio.
With orthodontics it's very different right, because most of the times child's parents are clueless like why would they know anything about the topic, and statistically not many orthos work with any type of maxillofacial so for them to tell you what your real deal is wouldn't be beneficial. So I just wish i could go back in time and tell me parents to send me to other local ortho working with maxillofacial.

Regarding the rhinoplasty, I dont think he is the best and no he is not the one you are mentioning, but he is very good, not popular at all - below 15k on instagam but he has been doing it for quite a long time and he literally posts new results everyday so im trusting him with all my heart.

Closest implant near my eye - maybe zygomatic but yeah im not touching my infraorbitals because of the potential risks plus the results are not even that great most of the times. Brow lifts mog especially with canthoplasty.

I couldnt really find any 0.1 or 0.2mg and in Poland it's kind of a challenge to source anything but I came across romanian pharma that sells 0.5mg duta so im gonna stick to it.

I used to be bloated as fuck and yea i totally agee - who cares if you have chad tier jaw or nose if your eye area looks sick making you basically unapproachable. Fat grafts, sleep, habits, bf should be the first priority.

Comment: Let's keep masking my Class II! My appointment is just a week before my flight to Turkey. At this point I think that when he looks at me, he’ll call me a retard and suggest getting trimax, if he does then the plans will change, but I would need to take an additional loan from my parents so not likely that this will happen. He's a very trustworthy local surgeon with very, very good prices (double jaw costs around $11,000 at his place). This would actually ascend me being the first procedure to actually give me more definition.

Total Price: $1,200-$2,000 (already checked local clinics)
Comment: Best investement on this list. Price to reward ratio is just insane on this in my case. Fuller cheekbones, correcting my severe under eye hollowness, nasolabial folds correction, midface etc. Very excited for this as well.

I'm also in for a revision, possibly in Turkey. Just about to start off my research for a surgery in 2026-2027.
Pricing for revision seems to vary quite drastically from one doc to the other. For example, Dr. Erkan Soylu, a popular nose specialist, charges $15K
Have you consulted and considered a few other Turkish surgeons before eventually choosing this one ?

You must be retarded if youre even considering to pay 15k for a rhino especially in turkey. These surgeons arent witches

Comment: Not the best choice of surgeon - I paid twice the price I could have paid in Turkey and gotten better results. When I first got my cast taken off it looked perfect or at least that’s what my brain was telling me because it was still a big change. These rhinoplasties are going to make me go broke. Getting a revision on January 19, 2026 so stay tuned.

That's one surgeon, and he may be the most popular Turkish nose specialist at the moment. According to patients' feedback, he "only" charged $10K last year for revisions. $15K this year. Quite the inflation.
