My future plan for good skin body and balding control

1)Instead of going to the gym 6 days a week i will reduce it to 2-3 times a week
2)I will start taking finasteride but i need to know side effects if theres side effects and i think its a dht blocker so it will work for the time i take it
Also pls let me know what option of finasteride to go for oral or topical
3)Moisturizer at night
