My Future Surgery Plan ( advice would be appreciated )

Hello, I want to share my Future Surgery Plan with yall. ( im not larping i will have a good job cause of my dad so ill just save up money )

Firstly, i have Class 3 Bite so once im prepared for surgery, Ill be getting Trimax + Palate Widening surgery and i think it will help me not be recessed by alot, the surgery will happen in 2027 ( all for free covered by insurance ) and my surgeon is an aesthetic surgeon.


After Trimax surgery i want to recover for about a half a year, and get PEEK Implants which are: Malar Implants ( For high-set cheekbones and wide zygos cause i feel like my cheekbones are not existent )

Supra + Infraorbital implants ( I want to get them For an deep set eyes look + my infras are recessed so that makes sense )

And lastly, if trimax wont be enough, i want to get an Mandibular Implants for my ramus.

Cost for all of those Implants would be around 25-30k$ And i want to make them all at once.


And lastly, i wanted to get an Rhino + Canthoplasty Just to finish some last flaws.
( around 10k$ for both of those )


And yes i know i have acne thats why i want to jump on accutane soon but i need to make some research before, Do Yall think its possible to reach HTN after all of this?


If someone have any questions or advice i would be glad to hear them out.

Two things:

1) Why palate widening surgery when you could use an appliance instead? Ideally you’d get that over with before orthognathic surgery. It would probably be a much easier path than palate widening surgery, unless you have a specific reason to do it.

2) It’s likely that you’ll end up wanting jaw implants. It depends on the result of your bimax, but it’s possible that you’ll want them as well.

Yea thought about that too, But i think my hairline is not that bad but its genetic also cause my dad had the same hairline at like 20 so, but its not seemable when i have long hair i just buzzed it for comfort so.

Yea imma hop on accutane soon too, im about to get a job so i will have money for it, thought about MT1 for tan, not MT2 cause i read somewhere that it has cancer risks and it can look uncanny too so i prefer MT1

You need a hair transplant. Your frontal photo shows the contouring like an egg, which is precisely what I had before my trip to Turkey.
It's always good ROI.

Nah its not 100k trust, 60k max cause i talked with giant and he said he would project those implants for 10k and top tier surgeons could do those for 25-30k, rhino is like 5k and canthoplasty around 3-4k, and my trimax is free cause of health problems. My dad can get me a job once i hit 18 to earn around 3k$ so it would take me around 2 years to save up this money, and i have some sort of money saved up already too.

Wasn't a hairmill, but some new clinic I gambled on because of a few good reviews. They really densepacked my hairline and temples. They do 1-2 surgeries/day.
