The most important nonspiritual thing you should do right now is to cut off excess screentime. It's ruining you. You should not play videogames, watch tv, or watch porn. I used to be addicted to these things as well and I still am to porn.

Also start doing yoga and meditate. This will immediately stop you from feeling like it’s over. Don’t be a slave of your own mind. I can feel that your third eye is closed because you lack faith in spirituality itself.

You must accept and love yourself first to receive love. Everyone is absolutely capable of being loved. I experience a lot of love, especially when I meditate. It's essential to open your heart chakra.

The best advice I can give you is to accept the things that you can not change. Focus on your personal spiritual journey.

You are unlovable, there is truly no girlfriend for you. The universe wants you to be alone. That's how the universe wants things to be.
