I had to go visit her for the holidays and then she made me eat soup, I ate the eggs and fish, felt full and left the water and vegetables. She started ranting some shit about me eating only the part with less nutrients and leaving all the good stuff, she started making bullshit whimpering noises and faces, then hysterically laughing. After that, I wanted to cook some meat but she forced me to eat some goyslop hyper processed cake because the cake is "easy" on the stomach but a steak is hard and I "will have a hard time digesting it". Then she started saying something about cake being really healthy and meat being one of the unhealthiest foods ever. I asked her why she forces me to eat some processed cake but I can't eat meat, to which she replied that she makes the rules and controls my diet. Who does she thinks she is? She told me that she can prove herself, and asked chatgpt, who said that eating 300g of meat in 3 seperate days a week is the maximum healthy amount. Next morning, she made me drink some bullshit smoothie which had like 50g of strawberry cause it "has a ton of iron" (it doesn't have the slightest bit of iron). Then we got into an argument about what gives a lot of iron, where I disproved her theory that processed marinated sausages and spinach have the most, by showing her that liver has the most iron per 100g, which is why she let me atleast eat the liver I brought with me. If she makes me eat another avocado bread, cake or smoothie I will actually crash the fuck out.
