i talked with my grandma and she was saying that i have to eat breakfasts bcs i have to grow and shit like that, i am on primal/carnivore bulk rn i eat 200g of raw organs and drink shake with honey and 3 raw eggs from my chikens and i eat a lot of cooked meat bcs i wanna grow. back to the topic and she said at least drink some milk in the morning or eat cereal and i said if it was a raw milk straight from the cow i would love to but shop milk i thrash and i said to her how much less nutriens pasteurized milk has and that it lack bacteria and she said she saw some guy selling raw milk in a glass botles like they did 2/3+ decades ago. i asked if she could buy me some if she will notice this guys she said ofc. at the end litle story time i talked with my parents and my dad lived on a vilage and he was farmer and he said he loved drinking raw milk, i guess hes bones are mid but his eye are good he has almost no uee compared to me bcs i was malnourished my whole life, and also my mom said when she was my age she made competitions with cousins or other kids they bought 1L of raw milk and they played who can drink everything first, i guess she had to do it a lot tho she i old now and like 35%+ BF she still has hallow cheaks and she has no uee too even tho her habbits are terible and she basically eat shit with no nutriens.
