My grandpa once told me I used to be super normal as a kid then at 4 I had a bunch of vaccines all at once and he said after that I started pulling out my hair would never make eye contact and was always quiet.

He said I was never the same after that and that he thinks it was the vaccines I took. He said I was a normal boy but then went almost completely mute and was always messed up after that
