Idk man your 18 your spine should be open till 21, unless you had a subhuman puberty they might be closed. According to this pic above your wrists, knees are probably closed. Which isn't uncommon for a 18 year old, Wrists are the first to fuse followed by legs. Spine and Clavicles fuse last

Yeah theres growth plates in each of the spinal vertebrae that usually stay unfused until 21 or even up to 25 in underdeveloped individuals. However, their rate of their growth is extremely slow especially after 18!! That being said, this can be attenuated through use of GH secrenagauges or analogues. But even then it wouldn’t be enough to contribute to a real “growth spurt”. Thus, it would take years of GH use along with an aromatase inhibitor to even reap a few inches in height gain. However it has been done so if you’re willing to do it as early as possible, it could be promising.
