It’s much easier to bench as a gnome with tiny stubby arms. Anyone above 6ft benching those numbers ?In my gym 2 guys around 5'6 or 5'7 bench 120 kg at 61 kg body weight. And one guy bench 145 kg but he is around 90 kg body weight. 100kg bench is nothing special in today's world i seen newbe bench around 80 kg who never lifted a dumbbell in their life

I bench to build by chest but I only do dumbbell and machines now. There’s only 1 bench in my gym and I always have to work inBenching is overrated anyway. Front squat, power cleans are what improve your athletism

I went to a very expensive gym in the city once and there was a lot of 6ft physique moggers though. Really depends on your circle I guess.
