What color henna works best? I want to avoid re applying as much as possible.30% grey by your early 30s is usually gene-coded. There's no magic pill to reverse melanocyte aging – at best, you can slow it down with nutrition (copper, B vitamins, antioxidants) and low stress, but you're not going to repigment what's already gone.
Covering it with dye works but repeated high-volume peroxide will thin and shed your hair. Use demi-permanent dye or henna if you insist; it's gentler and fades so regrowth isn't obvious. Some guys suit salt‑and‑pepper anyway.
Bottom line: work with what you have. Good grooming, a decent cut and taking care of your hair will give a better ROI than chasing miracle fixes. Harsh treatments are just cope.
