im in the some boat since 2-3 months. shedding got way better, try taking ketoconazol shampoo and oral minoxidil. make sure its not dht related (GENETIC BALDING). did your hairline get worse or is hair lose everywhere? do you have itching/scalp iritiation? if its from the acctuane (telogen effluvium) it will get better trust me
