I haven't used shampoo for about 6 months, if I did it was once a month at most. In the last few weeks I started using it a little more, but now I've stopped again. I practically don't use it

i already use argan oil before going out. 1x week i use coconut oil in my hair before the shower

Not every day but idk twice a week or once depends on the result

every other day ill use a light conditioner. once a week ill use a light hair mask. and when i get out of the shower, apply a light leave-in
