You'd be suprised, actually. I've been losing minimum 400+ daily for the past four months yet still have a fraudable amount of hair. But yeah I need to take care of this shit asap. My Bangladesh medicaiton (Apremilast) comes soon

It's Lichen Planopilaris triggered by accutane. I'm going to be self medicating Otezla to try and stop it.

Hard to say. This disease is described as scarring. But I am in the early stages, so regrowth should be possible. It's a 50/50 shot. And that's not even considering if the medicaiton works, but I have high hopes Otezla should work, granted it isn't Bangladesh rat piss

Fuck you, I got diagnosed via biopsy by my dermatologist. Yeah, I am unlucky. I'm losing hundreds of hairs a day and the majority of them are miniturizized as well.

FYI, plenty of people have also got lichen planopilaris from accutane in the Facebook group I'm in

just stick with your regimen and maybe add something else if it's not working, i think you will see significant improvents within 2 years. Just look on the internet for people in similar situations who solved it and ask them questions.

You should be on minox and microneedle to make sure you maximise on he window of regrowth or else a lot of follicles are gonna die for permanently
