I'm going to make it brief and easy to understand Help me with I was fasting at the age of 12, 149cm 49kg at that time my forearm was big. After 3 months, I was 151cm 42kg and my forearm had shrunk. The peak was when I was 153cm 40kg tall, my family took me to the hospital and now after eating 157cm 47kg my hands are still the same after 1 year. I was very confused and didn't know how to do it. Is there any exercise that helps me because I need to protect myself and my girlfriend from being bullied.Or that just Cuz my weight? I also was ectomorp in childhold but fat because eat much food unhealthy and fap
