So my hands are insanely cold sometimes, and I’m wondering what it is that’s causing this

I take
Reta 2.5mg
Hgh 8iu
Mt2
Eplerenone 50mg
Minox 2.5mg

Any idea?

Also if I’m doing Reta + hgh to manage blood sugar I don’t need berberine?

idk but could be because peptides arent even studied we dont actually know all the effects

Most likely the Reta, my friend talks about the same experiences all the time despite constantly well clothed, I have yet to experience this myself however my dosage is much lower than his. No idea why tbh but it’s prob pretty surface level to find just too lazy

Look, that happens to me all the time too. I take a medication to avoid getting distracted, and one of its side effects is to suppress my appetite. There are days when I don't eat anything for a long time, or I eat very little, and my blood pressure drops. I did some research, and the coldness in my hands was due to the low blood pressure. I don't know if one of the things you take will lower your blood pressure, but I'm telling you what happens to me, hope it helps.

How to fix, what supplements or meds
not to shock you or anything but a thyroid homrone related issue is usually countered by taking thyroid hormone.

can you not fix it naturally regulating hormones or wtvr?
yes. this is actually the more optimal route but fixing your metabolic health is oftentimes too much of a task for the average member of this forum lol.
things like removing pufas overtime and keeping your estrogen levels in check.
look into ray peat

I also have cold hands.
My TSH is 12.2, I just started taking 100 mcg of levothyroxine.

Honestly, I don’t even know if I need T3, but my mom is only taking T4, so I guess I’ll be okay. I started 3 days ago, so we’ll see.

Is it not recommended to take both anyway?

Honestly, I don’t know:lul:. The body should be able to convert T4 to T3 on its own if there’s no issue, but as I said, my TSH is 12.2, so I definitely need T4 right now. I’ll do bloodwork next month and see what my T3 levels look like.
This is my bloodwork(T3 missing), it also fucking with my LDL.
