I have already consulted with Dr. Sunil Richardson regarding a Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion (SARPE) procedure to enhance my midface and palate width. Although my initial objective was to undergo a LeFort II osteotomy for maximum aesthetic advancement, the surgeon advised against it, noting that such invasive procedures are reserved for significant functional deformities. Consequently, he recommended a combination of SARPE and malar implants as a more appropriate strategy to augment my facial structure and achieve a htn status
