I have planned and handled everything, but I can’t find solutions for these issues.

Problem 1:
The first surgery will be a trimax with rhino in January or February 2026. There’s no problem here; the only issue is that the doctor I want for the rhino will not be in Ankara during that period but in Istanbul, and he needs to agree to perform the surgery after the trimax. It can be arranged somehow, so let’s assume that’s fine.

The real problem is this: if the infra and malar aren’t sufficient, a fat transfer alone won’t be enough for the second surgery. My doctor said, “I can design custom infra and malar titanium implants, but they would be very uncomfortable, and I don’t have experience with them.” He also mentioned that even the titanium implants used in bimax cases can bother some patients, and infra and malar implants would be much more uncomfortable. The issue here is that having a good eye area is one of the things I want the most in life, and this creates a major problem for me.

Problem 2:
Due to my current financial situation and priorities, I can only consider LL at the earliest in early 2028. But there is a bigger issue:

If I take my wingspan as 178 cm, then being 178 cm (5’10) would be a perfect height, especially if you have good proportions, it’s an excellent height for bodybuilding. But tibia lengthening is very risky, especially around the fibula, ankle, and knee, which are much more challenging than the femur. You almost never see femur fractures because the femur is a very strong bone with a lot of muscle and tissue around it, while the tibia and fibula are much more delicate, especially near the ankle. Femur lengthening, on the other hand, despite having a long recovery period, will cost around $10–20k in Turkey and $30–40k in good clinics worldwide by the end of 2026 since it’s a simple and easy procedure with many clinics now available.

By the way, I’m not even sure about my current height. During this time, I’m assuming that with BB etc., I will gain 2 cm in arm span on each side. My height is 172 cm in the morning and 168 cm in the evening, most likely due to an 18-degree scoliosis.

The issues are: My femur is not short, meaning I don’t have a congenitally short femur, and my legs are already long compared to my torso. I have a short torso, and my arms are slightly long for my height, which is good because I can achieve a 1:1 ratio with LL. However, if I only lengthen my femur, it may create balance and proportion issues. The doctor’s note on the X-ray was: “No abnormal ratio was observed in the femur and tibia.” So, I only need to lengthen the femur because the tibia is genuinely very difficult, risky, and also expensive.

Other than these, I am resolving everything else, but these two problems are causing significant distress. They lower my morale, keep me up at night, and come to my mind while I’m at the gym, making me lose motivation.

Note : BTW, I wrote this text for the Turkish subforum where I spend most of my time, but I wanted to post it here so that other brothers who are not Turkish can also see this thread and maybe help me. If you don’t understand something, that’s normal.

For the body proportions there’s various studies out there which scientifically prove it doesn’t matter.
Also very easy to fraud with clothes.

Idk why implants are a problem in your case, many other people have had them with no issues, it’s not exactly a new technology.

Just get both femur and tibia at the same time, quadrilateral

Live life taller is great for it

You'll be able to reach 15cm + with it too which is good because your starting height is manlet

How much does the scoliosis subtract

4cm loss from morning till evening is NOT normal, double check

I shrink 1.25cm morning till last thing at night

isn't it better to wait like 6 months to get rhino after trimax

yea i think so, but not sure, first need to finish face and body goals, which is last at least 2027 mid

always felt this thing i see normies mfkers hating over leg lenghtening patients that "ooooo you have short wingspan" and cope but the reality is it will only matter when its a case of extreme difference other wise if you know how to dress you will be fine..

Are they?
Trust me they are , many got crippled , hot take , i'd go w parihar india rather than any turkish surgeon( parihar is trained by paley , and hes good , but i would recommend you save up for paley or birkholtz or lee in korea , theyre expensive but theyre the best , and you wouldnt wanna gamble ur legs , for a lifelong change, thats just my opinion take it with a grain of salt , you can go on LL forum , and do ur research , m just shortening the path for you , good luck and i wish u the best

Planning to do it w them??? Thats sad , but i hope it works out for him , their vids are wisely chosen , ofc they wont show tge complications and their butchered results, + theyre really money hungry , they rush the procedure and are now raising their prices to the roof, same happened with turkish rhinoplasties , they now quote +8k for rhino compared to like 2k or 3k 4 years ago , its really wild , thats why i think europe and usa are the way to go , may aswell add those thousands for your SAKE.
