Maybe my eye area ? Eyes are too big imo, maybe almond eyes surgery, or cheekbones fillers/implants

I think you damn righ about the bloated looks, maybe i can't get rid off that, maybe removing bucal fat pad ?

Need to increase lower third height and get infras as undereyes look recessed... are you Spanish/Portuguese? Overall I think you look okay though. Need better pics too.
