my head/face is so wide compared to body

If u are a bobblehead then u can widen your body (even your waist) in any way u can and still seem somewhat normal.

Just bearmaxx and u can get all sorts of tomboys from what i've seen.

why would I just get fat. my face would look worse, as well as body. id say my best bet is to try and get 15lbs of lean mass targeted in the delts and lats. This way id be 6'5 205lbs and a bit wider looking.

No body for your face, but if u are 6'5" u get the benefit of being unfit and still attractive. Not like u can widen your clavicles naturally to sort of give the illusion that your head is more narrow.

u can workout and make yourself wider be an inch on each side. 2 inches of more total width.
