So , recently I suffer from sever acne , and it started to grow on my face alot.
After some days, I got pain in my throat and my whole body is hurting me aside that I don't have fever and my body temperature is lower than 36°C.
I went to a doctor he said that I have Pus in the throat and a weakened immune system Symptoms of rheumatic fever that causes Heart rhythm disorder or unusual Heart rhythm.
I don't know what should I do to recover from this asap , but the heart problem is the main problem since that I am only 17 years old.
He mentioned that poor sleep and high stress may cause more than that what I have rn .
I hope just that I either die or live with good health.
I would not stand living with chronic diseases at a young age

I can't do that , people strict with relationships in my country even that I meet up with my Girlfriend after school and we can't even go around in the city or even come over.

that's understandable brother, anyone would hate that. try to have a more positive outlook, keep in mind that a lot of it is psychological and emotional rather than physical. it's just a bad phase in life man, what can we do about it? finish the course of treatment, and if nothing improves, keep trying. there is no defeat more final than the one you choose by giving up. im sorry to hear that you're going through this. good luck my friend, i wish you the best

Acne can be such a confidence destroyer but if you have alright genetics with age itll go away. Idk how easily accessible accutane is but i wouldnt recommend it with your problems so id opt for tazarotene or tretinoin or adapelene gel. For the mucus in your throat and sore throat drink warm herbal tea with honey and lemon will help and also gargling salt water. Dont have the mindset of wanting to die pls and im so sorry ths happened to you. maybe see a diff doctor too that can point out exactly how and why you have heart problems and how would one fix them.

I knew about my heart problem along ago but never visited a doctor , thinking that may only because of poor sleep or stress and it will disappear after a while.
But it seems that it is getting worse

. If u smoke vape or drink stop asap. Also sleep is biggest recovery period please try to have a wonderful sleep. 7 to 8 hours, fully dark room or sleeping mask. No food or water beforehand. Cool room warm blanket no lights or noise. Super importnat

Idk what else can be done other than perfect nutrition sleep and staying healthy so its extremely important you get a "capable" doctor thst actually gives you a plan and either medication or something to help. Dont stress just for the sake of it getting worse

Sounds like scarlet or rheumatic fever. I had a sore throat but it wasn't that severe, it was only red. But now I'm lowkey scared cause I've been feeling feverish with joint pain. Fuck my life

I'm only 15 and my heart feels really fucked up. I can't even jog for a few seconds without my heart racing. I used to be a good jogger & sprinter. I used to be able to box for a couple rounds. Now I can't do anything
