I try to be productive which results in me sleeping like 4 hours a night. I drink 2-3 energy drinks a day to have some energy, and sometimes i skip cooked meals and just eat a bag of chips or candy. I think it’s starting to catch up to me. Lately i’ve been having a lot of headaches and i feel that my heart rate is super fast. I feel weaker in the gym, i’m not improving at all if anything I’m just getting weaker. Am i slowly killing myself? Is it too late to switch to normal habits? Or am I fine? Genuine question since I like my schedule as it allows me to get a lot of shit done, but at the same time idk if the grind is worth it because what if i die early?
