My heart rate is very high am I screwed

I try to be productive which results in me sleeping like 4 hours a night. I drink 2-3 energy drinks a day to have some energy, and sometimes i skip cooked meals and just eat a bag of chips or candy. I think it’s starting to catch up to me. Lately i’ve been having a lot of headaches and i feel that my heart rate is super fast. I feel weaker in the gym, i’m not improving at all if anything I’m just getting weaker. Am i slowly killing myself? Is it too late to switch to normal habits? Or am I fine? Genuine question since I like my schedule as it allows me to get a lot of shit done, but at the same time idk if the grind is worth it because what if i die early?

I’ve only been doing this for like a month, and obviously i have days where i’m sleeping a normal amount and eating normal meals. But still i have all of these horrible side effects already. Is it really too late to make a change?

ya WE are cooked bro im on like 4 or 5 drinks a day at this point. lmao its over

Productivity is a concept created by jews you can’t actually be productive if you don’t get enough rest because your cognition deteriorates if you wanna get things done well sleep a full 8 hours every night

can sound edgy but cut out energy drinks and meditate 15-20min / day focus on ur breath 5 second inhale 5 second keep 5 second exhale , it lower ur heart rate and make ur brain goe on alpha / tetha waves which can calm you down for the day , also make an effort on diet x)
