This just happened, and I cant sleep.
My breathing gets heavy, thoughts get louder, I get a few auditory hallucinations, my heart starts racing.
What is the cause of this? Is it because of stress? Can this be considered insomnia? Do I have to take any meds?

It's happens from night terrors. You may not have any recall it. Its basically a heart palpitation that occurred while you were asleep. For the most part there not dangerous.

Im not worried about it being dangerous, Im worried because I cant fucking sleep. Those heart palpitations happen while I'm still awake-trying to fall asleep (throughout my life I realized that I take an abnormal amount of time to fall asleep unlike other people). Thanks for being collaborative

Ts happens to me too but only when I’m really horny and I’m trying to suppress it

Meds are never a long-term solution for chronic and persistent issues.
Quite the contrary even.
