My height and weight growth from 13 to 19. Can I have a late growth spurt?

For background I live with a low income single mother and many siblings and depend on government for food. Many days I didn't get to eat as much as my body craved. Probably malnourished. Maybe if I bulk to a healthy weight I can get catch up growth? Cuz my torso is so short but I have insanely long legs and arms. I'm built like the 14 year old boys that have another growth spurt coming

My bench press went up a lot like crazy from 16 to now but bodyweight stayed the same

Of course my bodyweight always went up 5 or went down 5 all the time but basically 120 forever

I'm only able to try to see progress now by eating 5000+ calories worth of McDonalds everyday. Very expensive

That's to be expected. 99.999% of males stop growing after 16. It's even earlier for blacks since they hit puberty faster
