I swear I used to be taller like 5’7 at 13 now I am 5’6 at 17.
All the attractive girls were like 5’0 - 5’4 in high school now all of them are 5’7 - 5’10 in college the shortest is 5’7.

You overestimated your height in middle school. You were 5'5" back then. Now you're 5'6".
Muh "eat more" cope isn't gonna do shit. Either start saving for LL or get a machine that permastretches your back for 8 hours/day, which will give you an inch in 6 months, with diminishing returns.
