I am 5'8 at 17 years old and im turning 18 in 3-4 months. My dad is 6'2 and my mom is 5'3. Im wondering if im going to grow more since I really just want to make it to 6'0 atleast. Both my younger brothers who are 12 and 11 are tall for their age and the keep getting closer and closer to my height and I cant stand it. I really need help on how I can optimize my growth or maybe induce a growth spurt so I can grow taller and stop being called a short manlet by everyone ik. I will admit my sleep habits have been absolutely atrocious since probably the sixth grade and I need to fix it.

my growth plates r still open and bone age is 6 months behind chronological. I'm not hopping on hgh though, it is what it is hopefully I hit 5'9.

realistically you could hit 5'9-5'10 just do everything you can to optimize growing
